Refund Policy
At House of Aurea, each piece is crafted with precision and care, tailored to your selection of style, print, and customization. As all our products are made-to-order, we maintain a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy.
However, we understand that sizing concerns may arise. Therefore, we offer size exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are applicable only for size issues.

Requests for an exchange must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

The garment must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for:

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect washing/care.

Products returned without original packaging/tags.
-
Customised requests (beyond size selection) where alterations cannot be reapplied.
3. Exchange Process
To request a size exchange:

Email us at support@houseofaurea.in with your order number, product details, and requested size.

Our team will verify eligibility and confirm the next steps.

You will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement size.
4. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the product back.

House of Aurea will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement size back to you.
5. Refunds
Since all pieces are custom crafted to order, refunds are not available under any circumstances, except in the rare case of:

A manufacturing defect acknowledged by House of Aurea.

Receipt of an incorrect product (different from the order placed).
In such cases, we will either replace the product or provide a store credit at our sole discretion.
